Has your life turned out differently than expected? Have you had ideas about the way your life was supposed to be? Where did these ideas come from?
The Oneness Model provides a structured process for helping us understand and interpret our soul's big journey. Each soul is endowed with a noble calling(s), and when we awaken to the calling(s), we help the progress of the earth and all its inhabitants.
The Oneness Model
Evolution
While living in Africa, my best friend Debbie Christensen and I began sharing our journeys in life and found that we mirrored one another's reality with our insatiable quest for simple truth about our purposes. We soon found ourselves thinking and talking at length about how to best support others who were not as fortunate as we were. Not everyone is blessed with a friendship such as ours, within which, we could reflect each other's callings. We knew, that if humanity understood we were welcomed into The Light while still in this world, we could dismantle the false beliefs which hold us back. The Oneness Model was born, and Debbie and I began blending our two callings to extend our friendship to you.
How can the Oneness Model help
Most of us carry some false beliefs about who we believe we are, who we are meant to be or become, and who we are not. The same beliefs hold true in our assessments of those we encounter in and around us in life. These are part of a collection of beliefs we term "core lore", and the Oneness Model books and workshops are a way to help us see these in ourselves, and in others, so that we might eliminate what is false, and restore what is simple truth.
The whole picture
The Oneness Model is an organic way of looking at how everything is connected to everything else - from the vantage point of the human developmental experience. When we are connected to ourselves, and with awareness of being within our whole reality, we attain oneness with ourselves, or the micro and the personal. If we understand that the micro is always a reflection of the macro and visa versa, then that state of wholeness or oneness creates the same in the macro as well. So we become aware of the relationship or interconnectedness we have with ourselves, and also with our families, with people around us, with the people from other cultures, backgrounds etc... until we see our natural, inherent connection with any and all human beings.
Growing awareness
The same begins to enter our awareness about other aspects of life, such as what both sciences and spirituality speak of when addressing the great patterns found in our universe, through their different " languages", and how they articulate the mysteries of life within and surrounding the smallest particles, to the greatest movements and dynamics in space. We begin to look for connections and patterns in the composition of minerals, as well as growth patterns in plants and migration habits in animals, and discover how their lives effect us, and interact with us, and how we connect to, and effect them.
Discovering purpose
This awareness assists us in our purpose, which is to evolve and participate in advancing our civilization through stages of evolution, recognizing what moves the process forward and what myths hold things back. The Oneness Model helps us to see these things in ourselves and others simultaneously, and to remove past traces of the myths that block us from participating in this great process on Earth - consciously. It explores the human experience through five main human "cultures", and shows how if we have beliefs that cause distortions in us within any of these cultures, we are blocked from our evolution, and the great role we play within the collective.
Evolving toward Oneness
If we were all well aware of, as well as connected to these aspects of our human cultures, what would our individual lives LOOK like?!
If each and every day, where ever we went, we were truly seen for who we are, and saw one another as aspects and reflections of our own reality, what would relationships look like? In OUR lives? In OUR homes? OUR schools, workplaces, or towns? OUR cities, provinces, states or countries? How would this effect changes in our natural environments? Behaviors towards each other? How would we FEEL living in a world with THAT kind of environment and awareness towards ourselves and our loved ones? What would we fear? What would we ever need to fear again?
If we hold such awareness but want to get a deeper sense of our own wholeness, or feel inclined towards looking at what blocks us from participating better in this great oneness we inherited, then the Oneness Model can be an valuable resource along the way.
The mission of the Oneness Model
The Oneness Model is a simple tool designed to help us observe and reflect on our wholeness or internal oneness. The materials that Debbie and I have been working on over the years establish a process for self-reflection and discovery that are well-suited for individuals or groups (reflection circles). There are no tests, advanced degrees, diplomas or certificates in this work with the Oneness Model. It is simply a guide along the way towards wholeness. Our reward and validation is found only in the progress we make on our journey and its effect on the world around us.
Since 2002 when this model was first published I have had many heartening responses from people who discovered it, sharing how much it changed their lives and their circumstances. This is the true purpose of this model and its mission.
If you find you have an interest in the model, pursue it and if it helps, then share it with others. I wish you every type of support in your endeavors.
